I wasn’t always the woman you see today. For years, I lived in survival mode—pushing through life with a heavy heart and an exhausted soul. Growing up with a narcissistic father and an emotionally unavailable mother, I learned to suppress my emotions, believing that my worth was tied to how much I could endure. I was also born with a rare genetic disorder in my right foot, which completely shattered my self-worth. From a young age, I was met with judgmental stares and cruel remarks, such as
❌ “Who will marry her if she limps like this?”
❌ “How will she cope if this disorder worsens?”
❌ “You are the root cause of your family’s issues.”
❌ “You must have committed a grave sin to be born with such a disorder.”
Some of these words came from strangers, but the ones that cut the deepest came from my own loved ones. At 18, life tested me once again. I developed another rare genetic disorder called angioedema, which caused severe swelling in my face and body, making it difficult to breathe and eat. I spent years hiding, covering my face, and isolating myself because I felt like a burden.
I was drowning in inferiority complexes, self-hate, and zero self-worth. My health conditions weren’t just physical, they were a manifestation of my unprocessed trauma and emotional pain.
I tried everything, doctors, medications, treatments but nothing worked. It wasn’t until I started my healing journey that I gained control over my condition. Today, my healing continues, and I know that one day, this disorder will completely vanish from my life.
But my struggles weren’t just health-related.
My career suffered. My relationships suffered. My financial situation suffered.
Then came the pandemic. My entire family and I were bedridden due to COVID, with no food, no income, and no certainty of survival. We were merely existing, taking it one day at a time, not knowing what the future held. I was jobless, hopeless, and disconnected from life itself.
Then, I reached my breaking point. During the COVID lockdown, trapped in a home where I felt unseen, unheard, and misunderstood, I attempted to end my life. Not because of the pandemic, but because I felt completely alone.
But something inside me refused to let that be my story.
After the pandemic, desperate for financial stability, I took on a full-time teaching job while working as a VA at night, pushing through 18-hour days just to survive. But despite all my effort, I was still underpaid, overworked, and completely disconnected from myself.
Then, I made a choice. I quit everything and finally prioritized my healing.
That decision became the catalyst for my deep healing journey. I began unlearning the toxic patterns that kept me trapped, reconnecting with my inner child, and releasing the deeply rooted wounds that had shaped my reality. And as I healed, I noticed a ripple effect:
→ My parents unknowingly started their own healing journey.
→ My business, which had been stagnant for years, finally took off.
→ Abundance flowed into my life in ways I never imagined.
Healing changed everything. It wasn’t just about emotional well-being, it transformed my health, my career, my relationships, and my financial reality.
I am living proof that healing is possible. And now, I help women just like you break free from emotional exhaustion, self-doubt, and past traumas so they can step into a life of confidence, self-trust, and limitless potential.
